Job summary

Experian in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a graduate to support the Strategic Account Management team by drafting proposals, coordinating agreements, and maintaining documentation. The role also involves developing sales enablement materials, templates, and best practices to ensure internal consistency.

You will manage administrative tasks, prepare proposals with Account Managers, and ensure timely completion of client consents and required documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in business or related field.
• 1–3 years in client success, sales support or similar roles.
• Familiarity with banking/fintech industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Account Management by drafting and coordinating agreements and proposals.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials and best practices.
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain records for proposals and documentation.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with Account Managers on data needs and timelines.
• Follow up on client consents and ensure documentation is complete on time.
• Coordinate client system upgrades and communicate updates to clients.
