Job summary

DKSH in Malaysia is hiring a Business Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations for healthcare client accounts. You will drive cross-functional alignment, monitor performance, and lead continuous improvement across client portfolios.

The role requires a degree in business or related field and 2–5 years of experience in operations or client management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint are essential, with Power BI as a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and fulfillment of client requirements in line with service levels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and agencies on operational matters.
• Coordinate co-packing activities and monitor POS material inventory with Product Management and client teams.
• Coordinate with Inventory Planning to raise Purchase Orders on time.
• Manage monthly branch Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and ensure compliant execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and other departments to align activities.
