Job summary

AnyMind Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Account Manager to act as trusted advisor and primary liaison for clients, leading campaigns from strategy through execution with internal teams.

You will nurture client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver post-campaign insights to inform future campaigns and growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–4 years in account management or digital marketing.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Malay or Chinese a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with campaign goals.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, working with BD during pre-sale, renewals, and expansion.
• Present post-campaign reports to clients and discuss performance insights for next campaigns.
