Job summary

AnyMind Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Account Manager to be the trusted advisor and primary contact for clients. You will lead campaigns from strategy through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and ongoing client growth.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to translate client briefs into executable plans across internal teams. Proactive, detail-oriented collaboration with a regional agency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing (influencer marketing/social media is a plus).
• Exceptional communicator with ability to engage clients and internal teams.
• Fluent in English, Malay or Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with campaign goals.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, working with BD during pre-sale, renewals, and expansion stages.
• Present post-campaign reports to clients and discuss performance insights.
