3–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support campaign goals and retention.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in collaboration with BD during pre-sale, renewals, and expansion stages.
Present post-campaign reports, discuss performance insights, and recommend next steps for optimization.
