Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned client accounts throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Coordinate strategic client meetings, business reviews, and roadmap discussions; identify expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account notes and collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and Leadership for alignment.
• Monitor client engagement health and support retention initiatives through proactive communication.
