Job summary

MATCHLINK SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage distributor performance and develop dealer networks across the Johor region. The role requires hands-on field leadership, strategic account management, and strong collaboration with internal teams to deliver on sales goals.

You will lead a sales team, drive new business, and optimize operations to achieve revenue targets and profitability. A background in enterprise or SME channels is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5-8 years of sales experience in Enterprise Business, dealer/trade agent channels or SME account management.
• Strong drive to achieve sales goals and hunting skills.
• Ability to develop and grow new business opportunities.
• Strong relationships with key stakeholders and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor performance and dealer portfolios across regions.
• Provide system support to distributor networks (creation, modification, termination).
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations.
• Lead sales team with on-ground market visits to meet territory targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure execution and support.
• Meet sales and profitability objectives while assisting with recruitment.
• Track sales productivity, pipelines, and identify gaps to improve.
• Identify SME markets and initiate business penetration programs.
• Ensure sales activities are executed as planned and resources optimized.
