Job summary

The role requires deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF16949, LEAN tools, MES, and TE systems, with a track record of improving supplier QCDTS metrics and leading cross-functional workshops across cultures and geographies.

Qualifications

• BS/BE with relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with supplier QA/QC processes and audits.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and improve supplier capabilities, aligning with TE's quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability goals.
• Own the New supplier pre-assessment and onboarding processes, coordinating inputs from Quality, Procurement and Engineering.
• Implement supplier performance monitoring with KPIs during the first months post-onboarding.
