Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Change Management Specialist in Malaysia to drive stakeholder engagement, readiness, communication, and adoption of transformation initiatives. You will coordinate change activities across business and operations teams and support training and launch materials.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in change management, with strong analytical and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, Business Transformation or related function.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain change management strategies and plans aligned with business objectives and roadmaps.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to understand effects on people, processes and systems.
• Develop stakeholder maps covering sponsors, owners, operational, marketing and frontline teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, working sessions and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate change activities with project delivery, release planning and operational implementation.
• Prepare and coordinate communications, trainings and launch materials.
• Support training and adoption activities to ensure readiness for changes.
• Track change activities, timelines, dependencies, issues and outcomes.
