The role collaborates with marketing, content, web, social media, and internal teams to design and execute training strategies that align with brand standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of training experience (preferably on Digital Transformation projects).
• Fluency in English is a must; Chinese language skills are desirable.
• Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, PowerPoint and Walnut.

Responsibilities

• Understand Change Scope and assess training requirements for new changes.
• Define and articulate business benefits and map to what it means for the business and individuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning requirements, approach and timing.
• Develop and manage a detailed training delivery plan for different groups of stakeholders.
• Identify resistance areas and develop plans to foster positive change acceptance.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance collaboration and delivery.
• Execute learning plans to facilitate smooth adoption of changes.
• Translate learning needs into structured live trainings and reinforcement sessions.
• Create and update classroom and e-learning materials and manuals.
• Facilitate trainings and workshops as per defined plans.
• Create presentations and demos using Canva, PowerPoint and Walnut.
• Measure success of change initiatives and implement corrective actions.
• Encourage employee feedback to improve change processes.
• Identify resistance and performance gaps and address them.
