Job summary

Qualifications

• Min of 10 years of proven work experience as a PMO or similar role in product/ services organisations.
• Strong experience of managing senior stakeholders.
• Change Management experience in UK market is an advantage.
• High-quality verbal and written communication skills.
• Influencing skills and ability to build relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise collaboration across businesses, functions, and markets.
• Lead, drive and influence stakeholder objectives across Asia and ME; break down silos.
• Governance – oversee execution, funding, risks and dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks to execution.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting and dashboards for PMO.
• Manage investment ring-fence to align with strategic execution.
• Monitor benefits realisation and KPIs.
• Coordinate with AME Head Transformation and PMO office.
• Develop execution tracking dashboards and governance artefacts.
• Ensure project quality and regulatory compliance.
