Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Change Management Specialist in Malaysia to drive stakeholder engagement, readiness, communication, and adoption of transformation initiatives. You will coordinate change activities across business and operations teams and support training and launch materials.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in change management, with strong analytical and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and delivery timelines.

Job description

We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to support business transformation and change initiatives by driving stakeholder engagement, change readiness, communication, adoption and implementation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate change activities across business and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain change management strategies and plans aligned with business objectives, delivery roadmaps and desired outcomes.

Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to understand the impact of changes on people, processes and systems.

Develop stakeholder maps covering sponsors, business owners, operational, marketing and frontline teams.

Facilitate stakeholder discussions, working sessions and readiness reviews.

Drive change activities from planning and design through implementation and post-implementation.

Coordinate change activities with project/product delivery, release planning and operational implementation.

Prepare and coordinate communications, presentations, FAQs, briefings, training and launch materials.

Support training and adoption activities to ensure stakeholders and end users are prepared for changes.

Collect and analyse data, feedback and employee survey results to measure change readiness and adoption.

Track change activities, timelines, dependencies, issues and outcomes.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications, Project Management, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Project Management, Organizational Change Management or a related function.

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience preparing presentations, communications, documentation and project reports.

Ability to manage multiple activities, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.

Familiarity with change management methodologies, readiness assessment, stakeholder engagement and user adoption.

Experience supporting digital transformation, technology implementation or business process change will have an added advantage.
