Job summary

DIGITAL BRIGHT TECHNOLOGIES in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is hiring for an Organizational Change Management professional to lead end-to-end change initiatives across large transformation programs.

You will conduct impact assessments, define readiness and adoption plans, and establish governance with measurable metrics. You will engage senior leaders, coordinate communications, and oversee training and post-go-live support to realize program benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications, IT, or related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, PM, or Consulting.
• Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end organizational change management strategies aligned with program objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify stakeholders, processes and operating models.
• Define change readiness and adoption plans for transformation initiatives.
• Establish change governance frameworks, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify and engage stakeholders; secure sponsorship and support.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership alignment sessions.
• Create and execute communication strategies and plans; executive updates and newsletters.
• Coordinate training programs, user enablement activities, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Monitor user adoption and reinforce desired behaviors post-implementation.
• Lead readiness assessments and risk management for organizational change.
• Support cutover and go-live activities from a people and process perspective.
• Produce lessons learned and change effectiveness reports.
