Job summary

DIGITAL BRIGHT TECHNOLOGIES in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is hiring for an Organizational Change Management professional to lead end-to-end change initiatives across large transformation programs.

You will conduct impact assessments, define readiness and adoption plans, and establish governance with measurable metrics. You will engage senior leaders, coordinate communications, and oversee training and post-go-live support to realize program benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications, IT, or related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, PM, or Consulting.
• Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end organizational change management strategies aligned with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end organizational change management strategies aligned with program objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, Project Management, or Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
