Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead end-to-end change initiatives within a large banking environment in Kuala Lumpur. You will shape governance, manage stakeholders, and deliver business transformation projects on time and within budget.

You will apply expertise in change management, business analysis, and project governance, working across functions to realise benefits for HSBC and its customers. Cantonese/Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of change experience in large banking organizations.

Responsibilities

• Propose innovative ideas and refine with stakeholders.
• Shape project direction aligned with HSBC strategies and priorities.
• Design and establish project governance, sponsorship, tollgates, and steering committee.
• Lead design, refine requirements, and ensure testing covers business scenarios.
• Plan and execute deployment activities, including business readiness and post-deployment checks.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization.
