Job summary

A&D Creative Comm Sdn Bhd is a creative and digital agency seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships. You will identify potential clients, present proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to convert opportunities into projects.

Ideal candidates will have a background in B2B sales within advertising or digital agencies, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Experience in business development or B2B sales is preferred, especially in advertising/creative sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation and proposal-writing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage multiple leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through research, networking, referrals and outreach.
• Introduce A&D’s services including branding, campaigns, digital marketing and design.
• Present ideas and proposals to prospective clients and pursue new projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships and seek repeat projects and growth opportunities.
• Keep records of leads, meetings, proposals and progress for management updates.
• Ensure smooth handover of projects to servicing team with clear scope and requirements.
• Prepare proposals and decks for client pitches and opportunities.
• Aim to achieve sales targets and contribute to agency revenue growth.
