Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven sales and business development experience or relevant role.
• Able to bring in new business and drive sales growth.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills; good negotiation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Handle prospects and close sales through meetings, presentations and follow ups
• Set up meetings with potential clients, partners and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/demo on software product
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations
• Constant follow up with leads through calls and emails to ensure project closing
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Work closely with resellers and referrals to achieve better market share
