Job summary

Upscale is seeking two dynamic Business Development Executives in Kuala Lumpur to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering proposals and presentations. You will manage the sales pipeline, coordinate with internal teams, and help achieve monthly targets.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/Management with 2–3 years in BD or sales, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel outstation (Klang Valley and East Malaysia).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Participate in company events, meetings, and business-related activities when required
