Job summary

LantroVision in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships. You will craft proposals, manage RFPs/RFQs, and coordinate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.

The role requires a diploma in a relevant field, at least 1 year in BD or sales, and strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Travel for client meetings may be involved.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year in Business Development, Sales, or related role.
• Experience in Construction/ELV/IT/AV/Telecommunications is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow sales.
• Build and execute strategies to secure new projects and clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements, provide timely support, and follow up on inquiries.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documents.
• Manage and respond to RFPs and RFQs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs.
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
