Temenos in Malaysia, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new logo acquisitions in the banking and financial services sector. You will lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and maintain strategic client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of banking sales experience, a consultative approach, and the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders. English fluency and strong negotiation skills are essential, with regional market expansion

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven new sales in banking and financial sectors.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and IT processes.
• University education in business disciplines; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Consultative sales approach with ability to engage C-suite.
• Fluent in English; local language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve New Logo sales targets for the territory.
• Lead full new logo sales cycle including pre-sales coordination.
• Negotiate terms of sales and service agreements.
• Build relationships with alliance partners and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide leadership in client relationship management for banking clients.
• Conduct market research and profile prospective clients.
