Job summary

Temenos (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Manager to achieve sales targets in the territory and execute the management's sales strategies. You will drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and maintain strong client relationships in the banking sector.

You will conduct market analysis, build relationships with senior management and key opinion leaders, and coordinate with pre-sales and partners to deliver tailored proposals that reflect Temenos strengths.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in banking/financial services.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate terms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure in the banking sector.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with Temenos strategy.
• Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape opportunities and proposals.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, partners, and alliance teams to win New Logo opportunities.
