Job summary

TORQUP MALAYSIA SDN BHD is hiring a Sales Executive for our Subang, Selangor office. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building robust client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will present products, tailor proposals, and negotiate terms to meet monthly and quarterly targets while leveraging CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales.
• Proficient in English; Malay language skills a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments on campaigns and strategies.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure product adoption and upsell opportunities.
