Job summary

Great Pyramid in Malaysia seeks an energetic early-career sales professional to turn inbound opportunities into qualified conversations and revenue. You will prospect, call, qualify, follow up, and prepare proposals, understanding commercial terms and moving opportunities to a yes.

You will build a healthy pipeline with outbound activity using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and research. Learn services across recruitment, EoR, immigration and HR advisory while pursuing meetings and closed deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with energy, confidence and commercial judgement.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development preferred for early-career candidates.
• Must be comfortable making outbound calls and pursuing meetings.

Responsibilities

• Follow up inbound leads quickly, qualify opportunities and move prospects to meetings or proposals.
• Build outbound pipeline via calls, email, LinkedIn and targeted research.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client problems and fit Great Pyramid services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements accurately and on time.
• Understand pricing, margins, terms and negotiate within approved boundaries.
• Learn EoR, recruitment, immigration, and HR Advisory to speak knowledgeably with prospects.
