The role requires a hunter mindset, autonomy, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and the ability to forecast revenue and map strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven B2B consultative sales in banking/financial services.
• Experience selling core banking solutions preferred.
• Strong understanding of modern banking trends and challenges.
• Hunter mindset with structured sales methodologies and C-suite selling.
• Autonomy with strong written and presentation skills; proficient in CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales quotas with financial clients.
• Position automation hardware and software offerings to executives.
• Build and maintain long-term executive-level relationships.
• Develop account roadmaps, forecast revenue, and monitor market shifts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM and ensure timely receivable collection.
