Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Telesales / Telemarketing Specialist to drive direct-to-consumer sales of financial and insurance products. Working in an outbound call center, you will handle warm leads from strategic partners, assess customer needs, and propose tailored solutions to hit individual and team targets.

The role requires 2–5 years of outbound call center or telesales experience in financial services or insurance, and CMFAS certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–5 years of outbound call center or telesales in financial services or insurance.
• Certifications: CMFAS (BCP, PGI, HI) advantageous but not required.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication and result-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to lead-provided customers to meet targets.
• Assess retail customers' needs and recommend insurance/financial products.
• Convert qualified leads into sales through structured calls.
• Ensure calling activities comply with regulatory and internal quality standards.
