Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a proactive B2B Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships and drive business expansion across Southeast Asia for a global industrial packaging leader. You will oversee end-to-end client relationships, coordinate with engineering for NPIs, and align supply chain to ensure on-time delivery while resolving issues with quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in account management, project coordination, or customer service in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or packaging.
• Ability to read technical drawings; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and track record of managing regional stakeholders and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end client relationships and identify upselling opportunities to drive account growth.
• Lead new product introductions (NPI) with engineering and business development teams.
• Track client demand forecasts and coordinate with production/logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with internal quality teams to resolve client technical issues and product complaints efficiently.
