• 3–5 years of proven experience managing and growing strategic, regional, or multinational B2B accounts.
• 3–5 years of strong technical and commercial understanding of flexible packaging.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross‑functional project teams and manage complex internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, strategic commercial acumen, and strong technical problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Growth: Formulate and execute account plans to expand business footprint, margin performance, and revenue across assigned regional and multinational clients.
• Solution‑Based Selling: Position advanced flexible packaging architectures to fulfill complex technical, barrier, and sustainability requirements for food and healthcare manufacturers.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal R&D, structural design, manufacturing plants, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product trials, technical specs, and order fulfillment.
• Commercial Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations, pricing structures, annual tenders, and raw material cost pass‑through agreements with senior procurement executives.
• Market Intelligence & Pipeline: Track industry trends, technical packaging innovations, and competitor movements within the FMCG and healthcare manufacturing sectors.
