Job summary

Brenntag in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across functions. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to translate business needs into compelling sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, expertise in high-volume hiring, and the ability to navigate a matrix, multi-market environment while delivering timely, data-driven hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on full-cycle recruitment in corporate or multinational environments.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, provide recruitment recommendations and negotiate offers.
• RPO experience or high-volume hiring is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labour market trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and build pipelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR business partners.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning and onboarding coordination.
• Source via direct sourcing, networking, social platforms and referrals.
• Conduct structured and behavioural interviews to assess fit with role and culture.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.
• Stay adaptable in a dynamic business environment and manage multiple priorities.
