Job summary

You will develop sourcing strategies, build diverse candidate pipelines, enhance employer branding, provide market insights, and drive TA analytics to improve recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, in agency, RPO, or in‑house setting.
• Experience sourcing talent across APAC markets.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage recruitment projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full‑cycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia.
• Provide insights on Malaysia’s talent landscape, including market trends and talent availability.
• Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies to elevate employer branding and candidate outreach.
• Build and nurture pipelines of passive and active candidates for critical talent segments.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the company’s values and brand.
• Support TA projects to improve recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve outcomes.
