Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner – APAC based in Malaysia to lead inbound and outbound recruitment across the region, shaping employer branding and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

You will manage end-to-end processes in a multi-country setup, use Workday ATS to track requisitions and metrics, and collaborate with the Talent Marketing & Employer Branding Manager to drive regional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency required.
• 5–7 years recruitment experience in IT or multi-country environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Dynamic, agile, and results-oriented mindset.
• Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and leaders.
• Adaptable with strong influencing capabilities.
• Passion for talent acquisition and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across APAC.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and regional campaigns.
• Provide best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop and execute a regional TA strategy.
• Utilize Workday ATS to track requisitions and metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Branding to support regional campaigns.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and quality of hire.
