Interplex in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries in the region, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to align workforce plans with business goals. You will source, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role requires a strong network, proactive sourcing, and compliance with local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting for key positions in manufacturing industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on sourcing techniques (Boolean search) and tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers across the region to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment advice.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and talent pipelines.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence.
• Maintain compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices across different countries.
• Collaborate with HR Managers and regional stakeholders on workforce planning, diversity hiring, and talent management initiatives.
• Support vendor management activities, including recruitment agencies and external sourcing partners where applicable.
• Stay informed on labour market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices within the region.
• Contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
