Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan ASK Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Management Executive for the Property Industry to manage client relationships, track campaign progress, and handle renewals and contracts. The role includes verifying sales leads, onboarding new clients, and coordinating with overseas teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a business degree, experience in real estate or listing portals, fluent Cantonese and Mandarin with English proficiency, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business-related field.
• Experience in Real estate and/or Website/listing portal account management.
• Excellent Cantonese and Mandarin; English proficiency also required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau; MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel)

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as the main contact for clients and campaigns.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: monitor and report progress with weekly/monthly updates.
• Renewal & Contract Management: engage on renewals and manage new contracts.
• Sales Lead Verification: verify leads from campaigns before internal distribution.
• Client Onboarding Support: onboard new customers and coordinate with overseas clients.
• Data Management: record and maintain campaign and communication data.
