Job summary

Kingsman Realty Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Account Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will manage, verify, and process agent commission transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, developer agreements, and SOPs.

You will collaborate with Finance, Admin, and Project teams to track contracts, commissions, and payout eligibility, while identifying bottlenecks and supporting automation initiatives to speed up release.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years working experiences, accounting, or real estate administration (fresh graduates with strong numerical skills are encouraged to apply).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage tight deadlines and multitask.
• Responsible, trustworthy, proactive, and maintains confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Verify SPA, LO, and collection documents before processing commission.
• Calculate agent commission and overrides according to company structure and tier level.
• Ensure all commissions comply with developer collection thresholds and internal SOP.
• Generate and maintain commission reports for management review.
• Liaise with developers to confirm project collection status and payout eligibility.
• Work closely with Project PIC, Admin, and Finance teams to track contract and claim progress.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvement to speed up commission release.
• Ensure SOP compliance and recommend updates when necessary.
• Assist in digitalization or automation initiatives related to commission workflow.
