What you'll be doing?

• Manage accounts:Handle accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations with precision and care.
• Oversee financial operations:Maintain a strong understanding of business processes while ensuring daily financial operations run smoothly.
• Prepare financial statements:Ensure accuracy and compliance in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Perform financial closing activities:Execute monthly and yearly financial closing activities with diligence.
• Maintain audit schedules:Ensure alignment with accounting records by maintaining and reconciling monthly audit schedules.
• Monitor financial management:Keep a close eye on cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions for effective management.
• Assist in reporting:Contribute to financial and management reports, budget controls, and forecasting activities.
• Identify improvement opportunities:Spot opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic financial planning.
• Supervise and mentor:Guide, train, and mentor junior accounting staff to foster growth and development.
• Liaise with stakeholders:Communicate effectively with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc tasks:Take on additional financial tasks and responsibilities as needed.
