Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an Account Manager to manage the full client lifecycle across Singapore, Malaysia and China. You will qualify leads, onboard clients with KYC, manage corporate portfolios, and drive renewal and growth with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client relationship management, strong commercial acumen, and fluency in English; Chinese or Malay is a plus. Experience across Singapore, Malaysia or China markets is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree+ with 3+ years in client relationship mgmt or related role.
• Proven experience managing corporate clients, renewals and growth.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Experience in KYC, AML, onboarding or professional services preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration across teams.
• Fluent in English; Chinese or Malay is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and business development: qualify leads, understand needs, propose solutions, upsell and cross-sell.
• KYC and client onboarding: manage KYC, onboarding, documents, processes.
• Client relationship management: manage corporate client portfolio and key stakeholders.
• Retention and renewal: monitor account health and conduct renewal discussions.
• Client success and growth: resolve issues and identify opportunities to increase client value and renewals.
