Qualifications

• 3+ years in software solution sales or equivalent.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with multi-project management.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on satisfaction and renewal.
• Willingness to collaborate in a team and adapt to client needs.
• Thrives in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
• Knowledge of cloud solution platforms, computer vision, EKYC or AI is an advantage.
• Engineering or technology education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with sales, product, solutions, support, and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address issues to ensure retention.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, renewal performance, and feedback.
• Coordinate with service delivery and technical teams for installation, training, and support.
• Renew contracts and negotiate terms and pricing.
