Job summary

Webby Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to identify and pursue new opportunities in AI, cloud, and software solutions. You will build relationships with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored technology offerings.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, collaborate with Solution Architects and delivery teams, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software, SaaS, cloud, or IT solution sales/business development.
• Experience selling enterprise software, AI solutions, SaaS platforms, cloud services, or digital transformation projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, or AI solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong consultative selling and solution-selling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for AI, cloud, and software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and delivery teams for project handover.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Stay updated on AI, cloud, and technology trends to identify new business opportunities.
