Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (E&E, Materials, Mechanical, Physics, Chemistry) or closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of failure analysis and reliability testing for semiconductors with practical understanding of semiconductor/SMT/PCBA workflows.
• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite and technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Thai valued.
