Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead semiconductor/capital equipment projects from planning to closure. You will coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements.

The role requires 4–7 years in project management within a high-volume manufacturing environment, with strong leadership and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or related field).
• 4-7 years of project management experience in semiconductor/capital equipment or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong technical acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and on-time delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated to internal project teams.
• Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other relevant departments.
• Manage project resources, materials, quality inspections, and customer deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project changes and maintain effective communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support equipment installation, project acceptance, documentation, and project closure.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project team members.
• Ensure multiple projects and priorities are managed effectively within tight deadlines.
