Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking an engineering-minded professional to guide strategic integration and regional expansion at the forefront of advanced electronics. You will serve as a crucial link between cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities and complex client challenges across semiconductors, SMT/PCBA, IoT, 5G, and EV ecosystems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (E&E, Materials, Mechanical, Physics, Chemistry) or closely related field.
- Strong knowledge of failure analysis and reliability testing for semiconductors with practical understanding of semiconductor/SMT/PCBA workflows.
- Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Thai valued.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Account & Ecosystem Consultation: act as a trusted technical advisor to key partners and enterprise clients.
- Technology Adoption & Market Intelligence: evaluate trends across IoT, 5G, EV, and industrial sectors to guide regional expansion strategy.
- Supply & Demand Forecasting: build accurate demand models to support cross-border resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with customer R&D, internal engineering teams, and international suppliers to resolve yield challenges.
