Job summary

Taner Technology Industrial (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a storekeeper to manage the store, oversee all incoming and outgoing goods, and ensure accurate record-keeping with delivery orders. The role requires forklift operation, attention to stock levels, and collaboration with Procurement and Production teams.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of secondary education, at least 3 years in a warehouse or manufacturing store, and be bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary or its equivalent.
• At least three (3) years of work experiences in the store of a warehouse or manufacturing company.
• Preferably bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Meticulous and great attention to details.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store and control all incoming and outgoing of goods.
• Responsible for incoming items from suppliers and outgoing items from the Store to Production Department.
• Check that all incoming goods are supported by Delivery Order notes.
• Maintain minimum stock level of all materials and goods kept in Store.
• All items to be taken from Store must be recorded in the Store Requisition Form and signed by Requestor.
• Operate forklift and overhead gantry crane to carry out loading and unloading of goods received.
• Check and make sure all loading machineries such as forklift are maintained in a good working condition.
• Control the forklift usage for work purposes only.
• Raise Stock Requisition Form and issue to Procurement Department to order items from suppliers for replenishment.
• Responsible for receiving and packing all Vertical Sterilizer accessories for projects & customers and ensure delivery is as per project schedule plan.
• Coordinate with inter-department such as Procurement and Logistic for work purposes.
• Carry out any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
