Job summary

Kejuruteraan Powerwell is seeking a Store/Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations in a manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes stock integrity, 5S implementation, and coordination with production teams to ensure timely material flow.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of warehouse experience, 2 years in a supervisory role, and relevant education (SPM/STPM/Diploma or higher). Forklift certification is advantageous. Good communication and proactivity are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse/store operations experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role managing warehouse personnel.
• Experience in electrical, engineering, fabrication or manufacturing industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify goods against vendor bills and system entries.
• Check in/out SRN/PRN and coordinate dispatch to production.
• Maintain stock accuracy, housekeeping and stock integrity.
• Support store operations and supervise store hands.
• Implement 5S and keep orderly components and documents.
• Liaise with Production and Material Planning on internal transfers.
• Ensure proper records and NCR documentation.

To be responsible for both receiving and verify goods received as against vendor bills and checked in to system.

To check in and check out Project SRN/PRN and arrange goods send to production.

Assisting in preparing materials when require by Fabrication/Production/subcon.

Assisting in check out PRN from Fabrication/Production/Subcon

To be responsible for store operations as well as ensuring proper housekeeping and integrity of stock inventory.

Responsible in ensuring all materials are properly managed and in good condition.

Assist and support storekeeper in managing store area and work area.

Implementation of 5S at the store and to devise ways to maintain.

Assign respective store hand to perform duties concerning store operation.

Assisting in and supervising the quality of goods and services and other store activities.

Arrange components in an orderly manner.

Assist in filing records and documents.

Motivate of store personnel on safety consciousness while performing his duties.

Supervision & training of store hand.

To ensure keep properly in proper location as per in good preservation.

Ensuring the right quantity and products distribute to Production. Counter check the items prepared by store hand before distributing.

Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Maintain accurate records of stocks transition.

Ensuring all return item for keep stock, return for replacement or return to supplier in good condition and documentation for NCR.

To maintain minimum and maximum stock and control stock in sufficient stock, manage monthly replenishment

To liaise with Production Dept/ Material Planning Dept on matters concerning internal materials transfer.

Additional task in hand:

To be responsible in assisting Store Executive in any Store Operations.

Responsible for running internal Administration of the store in the absence of the Store Executive.

Other duties and task given by Management from time to time.

To involve in all logistics activity.

Requirements:

• SPM or STPM/DIPLOMA level and above
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role managing warehouse personnel.
• Experience in electrical, engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Documentation control and report preparation
• Forklift driving licence/certification will have added advantages
• Goof communication and pro-active
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
