Job summary

Kar Master Auto is seeking a warehouse associate with 1–2 years of warehousing or inventory control experience. You will receive, inspect, and process goods, assist in packing and order preparation, and maintain organized stock locations. Basic Excel/WMS skills and the ability to handle manual work are required.

Overtime may be requested to meet deadlines. You should be honest, reliable, and responsible with a good attitude, and able to operate pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent (Malaysia)
• 1–2 years of warehousing or inventory experience
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks; forklift license an added advantage)
• Basic computer skills for data entry and stock tracking (Excel or WMS)
• Able to handle manual work
• Honest, reliable, and responsible with a good attitude
• Willing to work overtime if required

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure quantity and quality match delivery orders
• Assist in packing e-commerce orders
• Assist in preparing retail orders
• Arrange and store items in designated locations for easy retrieval and tracking
• Issue materials and products based on job orders or delivery instructions
• Receive and process job orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill job order requirements
• Perform periodic stock checks and assist in monthly/yearly stock takes
• Update inventory records in the warehouse system or manually
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Ensure stock accuracy and proper labelling of all items
• Assist with packing, loading, and unloading of goods
• Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor
