Job summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable Storekeeper to support our daily warehouse and order fulfilment operations. The role involves handling, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing orders accurately to ensure products are properly packed and delivered to customers on time.

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to packing lists and instructions. Ensure the correct products, quantities, and specifications are picked according to the packing list, sales order, or instructions provided. Double-check items before packing to minimize picking errors and ensure all customer orders are complete and accurate.
• Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during delivery. Pack products using appropriate packing materials and methods according to the type, size, and condition of the products. Ensure items are properly protected and securely packed to minimize the risk of damage, breakage, or loss during handling and transportation.
• Label packages correctly with shipping and product information. Ensure all packages are properly labelled with the required shipping, product, and order information. Check that labels are clear, accurate, and attached securely to the correct package before the order is handed over for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and store area. Keep the packing, storage, and working areas clean, tidy, and well organized at all times. Ensure products, packing materials, tools, and equipment are placed in their designated areas to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
• Follow company policies and safety standards while handling products. Follow all company procedures, warehouse guidelines, and safety requirements when handling, moving, picking, and packing products. Handle goods carefully and use proper lifting, carrying, and packing methods to prevent product damage and workplace accidents.
• Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately. Check products carefully during the picking and packing process and immediately inform the supervisor of any damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective items. Assist in resolving discrepancies to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist in receiving, arranging, and organizing goods within the store or warehouse. Assist with the handling and arrangement of incoming products and ensure goods are placed in the appropriate storage locations. Maintain an organized storage system so that products can be easily identified, accessed, and retrieved when required.
• Assist in stock checking and inventory-related activities. Support regular stock checks and physical inventory counts when required. Ensure products are properly counted and report any differences between physical stock and recorded inventory to the supervisor.
• Assist in preparing completed orders for delivery or collection. Ensure packed orders are properly arranged and placed in the designated area for delivery or collection. Check that orders are ready and complete before handing them over to the delivery or relevant team.
• Perform other storekeeping and warehouse duties as assigned. Assist with other day-to-day warehouse and storekeeping activities as required by the supervisor or management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

About you:

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work weekend in alternate shift.
• Physically fit to lift, carry, and pack products.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
