Job summary

Aida Group is seeking a diligent Warehouse/Storekeeper to manage incoming goods, stock movements, and issuance of materials for production. The role requires at least 1 year in inventory or storekeeping and familiarity with basic computer tools. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in storekeeping or inventory.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock procedures.
• Ability to read delivery orders and stock records.
• Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems).
• Physically fit for manual tasks and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against DOs, invoices, and specs.
• Record stock movements: inbound, outbound, and transfers.
• Issue materials to production per approved requisitions.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock data.
• Conduct monthly/annual stock takes and checks.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics for availability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Handle GRN, DO, and inventory documentation.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and specifications.
• Record all stock movements accurately, including inbound, outbound, and internal transfers.
• Issue materials, components, tools, and parts to production and other departments based on approved requisitions.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and identification of materials, spare parts, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock data in the system or stock cards.
• Conduct regular stock checks and participate in monthly / annual stock take activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, damaged items, or excess stock to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics departments on material availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• Handle store-related documentation such as GRN, DO, inventory reports, and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational requirements.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory-related work is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse procedures.
• Able to read basic documents such as delivery orders, material lists, and stock records.
• Familiar with basic computer usage (e.g. Excel or inventory systems).
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks when required.
• Forklift operation experience or certification is an added advantage (training can be provided).
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented with good teamwork skills.
• Safety-conscious and willing to work in a production / warehouse environment.
• Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
