Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Officer to handle incoming and outgoing shipments, stock control, and 5S compliance in our Chemor facility. You will prepare and load shipments, receive goods, and maintain accurate inventory records while adhering to documented procedures.

The ideal candidate has SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Warehouse/Logistics, 1–3 years of storekeeping experience, basic computer skills (Excel), and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and loading outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate and assist with the loading of outgoing goods and shipments.
• Ensure outgoing shipments are properly checked, arranged and loaded according to the relevant documents.
• Receive, check and record incoming goods and materials.
• Store and arrange stock properly according to designated locations.
• Issue materials, spare parts and consumables to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct regular stock checking and stock take.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock or discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation and 5S.
• Prepare and maintain relevant warehouse documents.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Warehouse, Logistics or related field.




• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant storekeeping or warehouse experience.




• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.




• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.




• Forklift licence is an added advantage.




• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
