SimoSynergy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Store Executive to assist in receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring materials and stocks. You will verify deliveries against POs and DOs, manage stock records, and keep the store organized and secure.
The role requires a minimum education of SP M / Certificate / Diploma in Warehouse Management or related field, 1–2 years of experience, and good attention to detail. You will work closely with production teams and help maintain accurate inventory.

Assist the Store Executive (SE) in receiving, checking, storing, issuing, and monitoring materials and stocks.
Check, verify, and record all incoming and outgoing materials, parts, and equipment.
Ensure delivered materials and parts correspond with the Purchase Order and supplier's Delivery Order (DO).
Receive and properly store incoming materials, including panels, parts, and other items, before issuing them to the relevant departments.
Receive the Outgoing Material Form (OMF), check stock availability, and arrange for the timely issuance of materials to the relevant departments.
Record daily material and parts issued to the Production section and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Update and maintain accurate stock records and inform the Store Executive when items reach the minimum stock level.
Assist in stocktaking activities according to the approved schedule and report any discrepancies, shortages, or losses immediately.
Maintain separate records for items with shelf-life requirements and ensure proper storage of inflammable materials.
Assist in the proper preservation, packaging, loading, and unloading of materials and parts.
Ensure the storehouse is clean, organized, and properly secured.
Assist in maintaining records of tools and related equipment and updating inventory records as required.
Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies relating to receipts, deliveries, repairs, warranties, and surplus materials.
Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, work instructions, and requirements under the Production Management Framework.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Store Executive or Management from time to time.
Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory operations.
Experience in receiving, issuing, storing, and checking materials will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
Familiar with Material Requisition / Outgoing Material Forms and Delivery Orders.
Basic computer skills and ability to update inventory records.
Able to perform loading, unloading, and material handling duties when required.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in recording stock movements.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
