Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to manage store operations, including receiving, order processing, and inventory control. You will maintain accurate inventories, implement 5S standards, and ensure a safe, organized store environment.

Requirements: minimum SPM/certificates or a diploma, at least 2 years’ experience in warehousing or inventory, knowledge of SAP ERP or similar systems, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Certificates or Diploma in any discipline.
• 2 years working experience in the related field.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management.
• Experience using SAP ERP or other inventory management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts against PO/DO and related documents.
• Perform timely Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) in SAP and other systems.
• Issue materials to Maintenance, Production, and other departments based on requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy at all times.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliations as scheduled.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock, excess, slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory.

Job Summary

To manage store operations, involving receiving, order processing & inventory control. Maintain good housekeeping practice. Planning for effective stock location, safe working environment. Maintain accurate inventories for daily operation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming engineering spare parts, consumables, and maintenance materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and related documents.
• Perform timely and accurate Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and other inventory transactions in SAP.
• Issue materials to Maintenance, Production, and other departments based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy at all times.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliations as scheduled.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock, excess, slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate store documentation and filing records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to inventory and warehouse operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store efficiency and inventory management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

• Forklift driving certification is preferred
