• Take ownership, accountability for store and personal productivity
• Contribute to setting goals and hold team accountable for productivity standards
• Provide leadership through role‑modeling Service behaviors and approach standards
• Ensure customer issues are resolved in the store and partner with Store Manager as appropriate
• Consistently complete all daily tasks without negatively impacting service
• Resolve conflicts with team members in a timely and productive manner
• Inspire team to meet and exceed performance standards
• Utilize all training initiatives to assist in developing the team and provide coaching to other members
• Develop plans to address key business issues and use those plans to impact business and achieve results

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in retail or service industry
• 1 year experience in a leadership or management position
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, and maneuver the sales floor
• Ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirements and store climbing requirements
• Experience working in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Comfortable with a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
