Job summary

Samsonite Malaysia is seeking a results-driven retail professional to lead store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will model exceptional service, resolve customer issues, and ensure daily tasks are completed while maintaining productivity and store standards.

The role requires coaching peers, meeting performance targets, and adapting to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will contribute to business plans to drive growth across our Malaysia network.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capability to lift moderate stockroom items and climb store structures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership, accountability for store and personal productivity.

• Consistently ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service

• Utilizes all training initiatives to assist in developing the team and provide Coaching to other team members
• Develop plans to address key business issues, utilizes plans to impact business and achieve desired results
